We’re rolling out our ‘How To..” films on YouTube

Recently, I put a film up on YouTube explaining that we’d soon be starting our series of “How To..” films which would help people see how to use Book of You – whether that be the templates themselves, or ideas for reminiscence, using Google etc.

The first film went live on Friday and it features Kathy Barham talking viewers through how to upload a photograph and caption to the book. It is very simple and relaxed. We were keen for it not to be in the corporate style and wanted it to feel as though you were sitting next to the staff member and hearing the training in the same way you would in any training session.
