Tom had the idea for Book of You whilst working for North Wales Police as Income Generation Manager. After a career in funding and business development, Tom has more recently managed social enterprise and small business leadership programmes at Bangor University.
Kathy is the co-founder of Book of You. After a career in the civil service, and building her own sales teams, she worked at the award-winning DangerPoint Centre teaching children about safety. Kathy is also a published author and presents a ‘new music’ radio show.
Danielle started her career in education, primarily supporting young adults with learning disabilities followed by a couple of years spent teaching. Since joining Book of You Danielle has been inspired to become a Dementia Friend Champion and regularly fundraises for the Alzheimer’s society.
After a career in the energy industry Neil brings a wide experience of management to his role as a non-exclusive director and trustee of a number of not-for-profit organisations in North Wales.
Caroline is an independent business consultant and non executive director and trustee for several not for profit organisations and was previously incubation manager for Bangor University. In her early career, Caroline held a senior role in a commercial bank and worked for one of the largest independent marketing companies in the UK.
