Looking for Participants and Volunteers to take part in New Funded Projects

We currently have two projects running in North Wales. The first has been funded by Horizon Nuclear Power and is for people on Anglesey. We talked about this in more detail in a recent blog post. The second and newest project has been funded by Santander. This project will see us start working with 30 older people and people with dementia moving from independent living into care, across Conwy and Denbighshire. We will recruit volunteer ‘Life Story Champions’ to work with the people to create a digital life story using Book of You’s app. They will include video, audio, photos and music and will be put together with family and friends. In this project, we will work in partnership with Age Connects NW Central. This work is innovative with people at this transition point.
