The Book of You Care Home Buddy project has been made possible by an award from Postcode Community Trust, a grant giving charity funded entirely by players of Postcode Lottery. Volunteer ‘Buddies’ pledge to visit a care home resident who has few if any visitors for an hour a week every week and we hope to expand our reach to help even more people in 2025.
